Rules

We have one principle rule on this server:

It's your karma.


You will not be punished for anything that damages your karma. However, you will be punished to the fullest extent for anything that does not damage your karma.

General Rules

  1. Respect all players. This is the internet: nothing related to real life such as age, sex, et cetera, is relevant. However, we do not believe in censorship. You can say nigger, bitch, faggot, etc. so long as it isn't disrespectful.
  2. Hacking, aimbotting, wallhacks, et cetera will lead to a permanent ban.
  3. No spamming.
  4. No abrasive trolling, flaming, baiting, hazing, or other such behavior.
  5. No gore, scat, or other such disgusted sprays allowed. Porn sprays are more than welcome!
  6. No unpronouncable, untypable, or names similar to other players.
  7. Advertising other servers is a permanent ban.

Trouble in Terrorist Town Rules

  1. No RDMing traitors.
  2. No RCOs (random call-outs).
  3. No mass RDM or continuous RDM (RDMing every round).
  4. No targeted RDM (killing the same person every round). This is considered trolling.
  5. No karma baiting (shooting a player for a kill that will hurt that person's karma).
  6. No traitor griefing (revealing who your traitor buddies are).
  7. No traitor camping. Innocents can camp as long as they please.
  8. No commands. No one can force you to get traitor tested.
  9. No defusing C4 without warning other innocents.
  10. No ghosting/metagaming.
  11. No propkilling/goomba stomping if it won't show up in damage logs (including propkilling in spectator).
  12. No kids on the mic.

You are allowed to

  1. Kill someone for killing someone else without a reason or without identifying the body.
  2. Carrying an unidentified body.
  3. Directly walking past an unidentified body.
  4. Directly following a traitor after he or she kills someone.
  5. Call out or kill a traitor as long as you have permission in Traitor chat.
  6. Scareshot, except with snipers.
  7. Throw incendiary grenades as innocent so long as you give a warning.
  8. Give three numbered warnings for someone to stop following you. Warnings must be done in chat and be made in 15 second intervals.
  9. Use radar traps*. A radar trap is when a player travels to an obscure area of a map and types, "Radar Trap 7:20", '7:20' being the round time. After one minute, if no one has found him or her, that player has a right to kill anyone (except detectives) who finds him or her.
  10. Use credit traps*. Only detectives can do credit traps. The detective leaves a traitor body with credits at an observable location and then calls out the traitor accordingly.
  11. Use live checks. Live checks and the time the live check began must be recorded in chat, e.g. "LIVE CHECK 7:20". After one minute anyone who has not responded can be killed at the possible expense of your karma. If missing persons respond after the live check has ended, those persons cannot be killed on account of the live check.

You are not allowed to

If you kill a traitor for any of the following reasons (except the first), you will get slayed.

  1. Kill a Detective or Confirmed Innocent as an Innocent.
  2. Revenge RDM.
  3. Claim rooms.
  4. Kill on suspicion.
  5. Kill someone for traitor jokes.
  6. Kill idles.

  • ttt_canyon_a4_sgedit - Has a flat bottom to the map. Also has water under the map, but the C4 does not cause it to flood. Also, simply going close to the bottom of the map causes death.
  • ttt_canyon_a4_v3 - C4 does not flood the map with water.
  • ttt_lost_temple_b3 - Cannot save players from the spike room.
  • ttt_lost_temple_v1 - Player models are missing.

  • ttt_minecraft_b4 - Has a glitched skybox.
  • ttt_minecraft_b4_ng - Has a glitched skybox. Also does not have the bonus knife.
  • ttt_office (8cacbd036c82cd91fadde1962c7a1846) - An exact copy of cs_office. Strangely, the hash value differs.
  • ttt_ponyville_v5 - Requires Team Fortress 2 textures, which not everyone has.
  • ttt_zebra_v1 - Too bright, very small, and has missing particle effects.
Missing weapons
  • ttt_arctic_complex - Has absolutely no weapons. Might add back later
  • ttt_arctic_complex_b3 - Also has no weapons. Pending addition later.
  • ttt_c17ruins (4043282896e41591cfeb71281667297f) - Good map but it's missing weapons.
