Cactus Villa

Cactus Villa is a structure in World 1 created by Wazza and Gastrofizzy illegally. At the time, Worlds 1 and 2 were supposed to have view-only access to everyone except those who had built there originally. The Villa and all of their creations in that world have since become sanctioned to stay as part of World 1.
