When I'm done talking, I'll say "over"

This meme began when PatPeter and Gastrofizzy were arguing (like always), and tried to devise a system where they would not interrupt each other, so Gastro would say "over" when he was finished talking. PatPeter then goaded Gastrofizzy into saying "over" halfway through his sentence, and lulz ensued.
